Both Donna and Jason have lived and played in or near Banff, Alberta, Canada for several years, and here’s what we know. Banff National Park is recognized as a spiritual centre of healing energy. That, and the area’s natural beauty…its wildlife, mountain peaks, glaciers, waterfalls, canyons, glacier-fed lakes and rivers, and limestone caves…are the perfect complement to the natural power that you will discover exists between you and your partner during your retreat.

The Town of Banff is the administrative, recreational and cultural centre of the Park. It’s a fun place to be. After your retreat why not stay an extra day or two to enjoy Banff’s nightlife; the Upper Hot Springs; the world-famous 27-hole golf course at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel; or any of the area’s three world-class ski resorts. Hiking, camping, mountain climbing, alpine and Nordic skiing, and horseback riding are all popular activities that can be easily accessed from the Banff township.

The Banff Boutique Inn

While in Banff for your “Between Men and Women” Couples Relationship Retreat you will stay at the Banff Boutique Inn. The Inn is owned by Lee and Becky O’Donnell, two good friends of Jason and Donna. Jason and Donna stayed at the Inn and loved the warm welcoming environment Lee and Becky have created there. Lee and Becky took “Between Men and Women” and loved them back, so much so that they agreed to offer their Inn as a venue for the “Between Men and Women” Couples Relationship Retreat.

The Banff Boutique Inn is cozy and rustic and is situated quietly among the pine trees just a 10-minute walk from downtown Banff. Backing onto the nature corridor allows for fantastic hiking or cross-country skiing right from the doorstep. The rear Terrace is perfect for lounging and steeping yourself in the sounds of nature.
